Yearly Service/Maintenance Plan (Same price as Tune Up) $65

Includes going over all parts on door and opener, as well as lubing all moving parts:

  • Check door balance and opener safety features

  • Check cables for fraying/roping

  • Check drums for serrations/fractures

  • Check all bearings for ease of movement 

  • Check all rollers for integrity and ease of movement 

  • Check bottom fixtures for track marks and “Banana Peeling”

  • Check door sections themselves for overall condition

  • Check all hinges for cracks, tighten all hinge bolts/lags

  • Check bottom rubber on door for wear, seal, cracking

  • Answer any additional questions regarding Garage Door/Opener
