Standard torsion spring replacement, $380 (add'l spring $170). NO CHARGE for diagnosis, either over the phone or in person (in the greater Denver Metro area). Garage door and opener will be serviced and inspected upon every visit. All bad and/or wearing parts will be pointed out and explained.
Our garage door torsion spring broke on Saturday night and on Sunday I spent several hours searching the internet for a company that seemed trustworthy. There are lot of companies with generic corporate websites that all say basically the same thing, with customer reviews that didn't seem legit. The website gave me the price of my repair up front (a very reasonable price), and introduced me to the the man who would be doing the work. I called at 5pm and the job was finished by 6:30pm. Thanks for the great service.
